Members of the Sectoral Monitoring Team (SMT) of the 210MW (net) Mindanao Coal-Fired Power Plant Project undergo a two-day training on air and water quality monitoring conducted by the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB), the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and the Apercu Consultants. The activity is part of a continuing effort to enhance capacities of local and community leaders to monitor the implementation and operation of the Mindanao Coal-Fired Power Plant Project at the PHIVIDEC Industrial Estate in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental.
