Presidential Daughter Luli Macapagal Arroyo releases a Serpent Eagle during her recent visit to the 1,200 hectare Mapawa Reforestation Project in Cagayan de Oro City. The project is a joint undertaking between STEAG State Power Inc., the E. Pelaez Ranch Inc. and the DENR-EMB. Mapawa now serves as sanctuary for avian species and wild animals at lost for habitat.
